Adelaide Research & Scholarship (AR&S) is the University of Adelaide's institutional digital repository.

AR&S aims to collect together into one place the research and scholarship of members of the University community. It provides a platform for the collection, organisation, access and preservation of scholarly information in digital formats, as well as digital management of information in physical formats.

July 2008

With over 40,000 items in the AR&S, the AR&S team are contacting University of Adelaide staff to increase the digital content and add new works.

January 2008

The AR&S team are focussing on obtaining digital copies of works produced since 2000. There are now more than 35,000 items in the repository. When a digital copy is not attached, we try to include a link to an online copy if it is available.

September2007

We have included over 4,700 Research theses in our database, dating back to 1902. The most recent theses have fulltext copies attached, while the remainder have only abstracts. Copies of theses can be purchased through the Inter Library Loans service.

June 2007

The AR&S is progressing, with more than 30,000 items currently recorded! We now have more staff, and these are currently engaged in adding and updating records needed for the RQF assessment.
