| Abstract: | 9/3 Beagle Bay – some of the mission buildings, with one of the Trappist Fathers in the foreground. These buildings were destroyed last year by a local monsoon or willy willy.
This brother died and was buried at the mission.

9/6 Banana and date palm trees – portion of garden at Beagle Bay with well. The Trappists have 8000 banana trees in full bearing 10 years after they had come to begin a mission there – 8 varieties of bananas including the delicious Lady Finger. North West |
