Memos on the status of the offspring of polygamous unions, on tobacco for local consumption on the Phoenix Islands Settlement Scheme' on Pitcairn Island, and on reorganization of native lands work in the Gilbert and Ellice Islands Colony. Correspondence with Sir George Tomlinson, Sir H.C. Luke, High Commissioner for the Western Pacific and Governor of Fiji (Suva), Macdonald (Suva, W.P.H.C.), Plunket Woodgate and with Dr Shapiro, Dr Coulter and others re work on the Phoenix Islands Settlement Scheme since 1937. Further correspondence with stamp collectors and museums.
