Abstract: Determines the normal and postoperative morphology of the periodontal microvasculature after gingivectomy and pericision. Male Sprague-Dawley rats were separated into 3 groups and organized into control, gingivectomy and pericision procedures to assess revascularization of the maxillary and mandibular first molar periodontium.
