"In launching this volume into the world of books, the Author's desire has been to present, in an artistic, clear and concise manner, a descriptive and illustrated narrative of the City of Adelaide - otherwise known as "The Queen City of the South" - as the heart centre of the great State of South Australia, emphasising its principal public buildings, its leading business houses and its tourists' attractions.
