Title: Peptide chemistry in the gas phase / Russell James Waugh.
Issue Date: 1993
School/Discipline: Dept. of Chemistry
Abstract: Describes the sequencing and analysis of 13 novel peptides using fast atom bombardment mass spectrometric techniques, 6of the peptides (caeridins) were isolated from the Australian frog Litoria caerulea and 7 from Litoria gilleri. Also studies the analytical applicability of negative ion collisional activation mass spectrometry to synthetic dipeptides and tripeptides with varying functional groups in their alpha side chains.
