|Abstract:||Describes the sequencing and analysis of 13 novel peptides using fast atom bombardment mass spectrometric techniques, 6of the peptides (caeridins) were isolated from the Australian frog Litoria caerulea and 7 from Litoria gilleri. Also studies the analytical applicability of negative ion collisional activation mass spectrometry to synthetic dipeptides and tripeptides with varying functional groups in their alpha side chains.|
