Statement of
Alexander Reilly
Abstract: The article explains the absence of a direct engagement with Indigenous issues in administrative law. It proposes a method of teaching administrative law which deals with the traditional concerns of an administrative law course and at the same time deepens students understanding of the role of law in regulating government decisions that affect Indigenous interests in land and culture.
