Abstract: The tissue and intracellular distribution of the monopartite Tomato leaf curl virus (TLCV) was investigated by in situ hybridization. contrary to the previous understanding of geminiviral localization, single stranded (SS) DNA of TCLV accumulated in the cytoplasm.
