A dynamic thermal model of Adelaide Airport Terminal 1 was developed with the intention of reducing the energy consumption of the building. To achieve this goal, the energy model was first used to estimate the energy consumed by the building’s heating, ventilation and air-conditioning system under current operation. The results of the model were then compared to the recorded measurements taken by the building management system. A sensitivity analysis was then performed on the model to determine which parameters have a strong influence on the modelling results.-
