Abstract: This is the protocol for a review and there is no abstract. The objectives are as follows: To evaluate the effectiveness of intervention programs to prevent tobacco use initiation or progression to regular smoking amongst young Indigenous populations and to summarise these approaches for future prevention programmes and research.
