Abstract
Based on the modeling of 750 pop-up electric sunroof, vehicle model matching for pop-up electric sunroof of OEM and face-lifting was researched. Regarding the products from OEM (Origimal Equipment Manufacturer), the solution and implementing process of parameter design is put forward, this method is also used in 860 pop-up electric sunroof, which has compact structure and better performance. After the performance tested for single product and complete car, every index meets the requirement standard. Examples indicated that this method is effective and efficient. For the products of face-lifting, the model data of sunroof assembly and data of universal components and parts are set up. The level, speed and efficiency of sunroof design are enhanced with the two methods, which provides solid technique basis for fast mass production.
