   <dim:field mdschema="dc" element="description" qualifier="abstract">This thesis explored how sport and physical activity affect the health and wellbeing of children and adolescents with Cerebral Palsy. It included both a review of existing research, and a 12-week Frame Running intervention.  Findings show that participation in sport or leisure-time physical activity can improve physical and psychosocial health. This thesis highlights the value of accessible and enjoyable physical activity opportunities beyond traditional therapy.</dim:field>
