There was complete duplication of the bladder, urethra, uterus, and vagina, associated with a urogenital sinus and an anterior ectopic anus. Despite careful attempts at examination, endoscopy, and organ imaging, the anatomy was not completely defined before surgical exploration. A satisfactory cosmetic result and functional lower genitourinary tract has been obtained.enVaginaUrethraHumansAbnormalities, MultipleSurgical Procedures, OperativeInfant, NewbornFemaleUrinary BladderBladder, urethral and vaginal duplication: a case report.Journal article0030005481001995095610.1016/0022-3468(95)90630-42-s2.0-002887784669487
