For these studies LIM1215 cells and, in some experiments, SW480 cells were used. The experiments described in this thesis provided new data on the caspase-3 activation and apoptosis in butyrate-induced apoptosis of CRC cells, and the interaction of these processes with a number of cellular factors and pharmacological agents.589344 bytesapplication/pdfenMechanisms of apoptosis of colorectal cancer cells by butyrate and other preventive agents / by Fugui Chai.Thesis
