Two common alergens--Dermatophagoides pteronyssinus and Dermatophagoides farinae were evaluated. Analysis of ROC curves shows that maximum specificity and sensitivity was obtained when the cut off value of RAST and CAP reached to 4.9 PRU/ml and 7.3 kU/l respectively. Our date shows the good correlation between RAST,CAP and SPT.Journal article002008150320080822114746
