The suppression methods reported in literature use an intra-cavity AOM, which is not viable for high power operation. We demonstrate the first reported suppression of such self-pulsing in Tm:YAlO <inf>3</inf> using a feedback loop with current directly injected into the diode. © 2011 IEEE.en© 2011 AOSSuppression of self-pulsing behaviour in Tm:YAlO₃ lasers via pump diode-current feedbackSuppression of self-pulsing behaviour in Tm:YAlO(3) lasers via pump diode-current feedbackConference paper002013061010.1109/IQEC-CLEO.2011.61940062-s2.0-8486206145818770Veitch, P.
