The Discipline of Medicine has broad ranging functions in undergraduate and postgraduate teaching, research and clinical service and management. Members of the Discipline are involved in basic science research, clinical research and epidemiological research across the spectrums of Endocrinology, Gastroenterology, Neurology, Ageing, Cardiology, Rheumatology, Chronic Disease and Population Health. Areas of special interest include Nutrition, Obesity, Gastrointestinal Motility, Ageing, Men's Health, Asthma, COPD, Stroke, Movement Disorders, Cardiovascular Disease and Cancer.
