Abstract: | Aim: To develop a comprehensive clinical pathway to standardise lung cancer care and optimise outcomes for all South Australians, regardless of location, ethnicity, age, or financial status. Methods: From 2010-2012, collaborative efforts by a dedicated working group engaged public and private sector health professionals including lung cancer specialists, allied health professionals, general practitioners, consumers and non-government organisations to produce a guiding document. A state-wide consultative workshop provided opportunity for review, feedback, and revision of this document. |
