Abstract: | In this article, we indicate that two proposed sufficient conditions in the paper by X.Y. Lou and B.T. Cui [International Journal of Systems Science, Vol. 38 (2007) p. 601] were incorrect in general, which cannot guarantee the existence and global exponential stability of the system's equilibrium. For correcting the mistakes, a correct version of global exponential stability is given and proved in this article. |
