Abstract: The authors report on an infant girl with bladder duplication. There was complete duplication of the bladder, urethra, uterus, and vagina, associated with a urogenital sinus and an anterior ectopic anus. Despite careful attempts at examination, endoscopy, and organ imaging, the anatomy was not completely defined before surgical exploration. A satisfactory cosmetic result and functional lower genitourinary tract has been obtained.
