Abstract
Subjective self-report measures of sleep and sleepiness are widely used in research and clinical practice, but their correspondence with objective measures has not been clearly established. Therefore the aim of this thesis was to investigate the accuracy of metacognition of sleep and sleepiness in different age groups (children, adolescents, and young adults).
