Abstract
This study aims to produce a one-term program outline and prototypes of teaching materials for the ECC as an after-school class in the ELTC Manokwari, West Papua, Indonesia. The artefact is developed based on the principles and criteria derived from the literature search, teacher perspective survey and evaluation of currently used teaching materials in the ELTC and of commercial teaching materials available in Adelaide.
