Abstract
My research is framed predominantly on my Polish heritage dealing with issues of migration and diaspora exploring the aspects of identity. Central to my investigation is the early childhood understanding of the world forms as the base upon which all the subsequent experience is built with particular reference to my polish heritage. The 20th Prospect Community Show celebrates enduring local community support and participation in the visual arts. Created by residents or those with a strong connection to Prospect, the artworks are a celebration of creative expression and culture in a civic context.
