Abstract
Report on an investigation of the contribution that language makes to the persistence of stigma, in order to reduce its prevalence and increase retention, combat readiness and capability. The research focused on stigma faced by female personnel/mothers in the ADF through a re-examination of data gathered in a previous Dept of Defence research project.
