Test-retest reliability of the English version of theEdinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale (EPDS) has not beenestablished. This study aimed to address this gap in psychometricsby examining test-retest reliability in a sample of 118Australian mothers with babies aged under 12 months, with amean of 2.82 (SD 1.38) days between test occasions. TheEPDS was found to have a high level of test-retest reliabilityfor total scores (ICC=0.92) and PND risk categories (90.7 % agreement).
