dc.description.abstractWhilst diversity is recognised as a strength to support children and families from diverse groups and staff retention, there is limited evidence on what works to increase and retain diversity in the workforce. As such, the Office for Early Childhood Development (OECD) commissioned a rapid review of the literature (i.e., evidence base) to provide a critical summary and evaluation of existing research on diversity within the early childhood sector
