dc.description.abstractAll-silicon substrateless waveguides offer exceptionally low-loss and low-dispersion for integrated terahertz systems. On this platform, we present a scheme for realising broadband arbitrary ratio power division. Effective medium techniques are employed to generate power division with ratios from 50%/50% to 95%/5% across the 220–330 GHz band with average efficiency above 88%.
