dc.description.abstractThe aim of this research is to identify and compare the determinants for the pricing phenomenon of initial public offerings (IPOs) in the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKSE) and Taiwan Stock Exchange (TSE). By comparing and contrasting the similarities and dissimilarities of the determinants, the differences of each exchange can be revealed and offer an opportunity for businesses to explore for their advantages.
