Abstract

Serrulatane diterpenoid compounds from plants in the Australian genus Eremophila have previously been shown to have antibacterial activity against a limited range of Gram positive bacteria. This study was undertaken to further examine the spectrum of antibacterial activity of these compounds and the antimicrobial mechanism of action.
