dc.description.abstractThis report provides an overview of therapeutic residential care models implemented both in Australia and internationally. It examines what the programs entail, how they are implemented, and the evidence supporting or challenging these models. The findings indicate that some models are implemented with minimal to no evidence, resulting in many children and young people receiving varying types of residential care.
