Long-term persistence of Acanthocladium dockeri is being threatened due to poor seed production and seedling recruitment combined with an underlying capacity for vegetative proliferation. Management actions for this vegetatively regenerating species should be designed to optimize vegetative recruitment and prevent loss of habitat
