Abstract
Studies the expression behaviour of the Saccharomyces cerevisiae pyruvate carboxylase isozyme (PYC1 PYC2) genes under a range of growth conditions and a deletion-expression analysis of the 5' non-coding region of the PCY1 gene to identify cis-acting elements involved in its transcriptional regulation.
