Abstract
A research report was submitted to Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development, WA government. The case of Beerenberg showcases how partnering along the value chain can enhance export capacity and competitiveness. This was underpinned by the following research question: How do Beerenberg’s (B2B) supply chain strategy, operations, innovativeness and (B2C) marketing efforts deliver value for end consumers, and enable growth and competitiveness in the industry?
