| dc.description.abstract | Socializing tourism refers to an agenda for change in tourism towards local community rights, benefit and control. It recognizes that tourism can make significant contributions to improve structural injustices and therefore tourism should be answerable to, responsive to and guided by the local community in which it occurs. Socializing tourism offers a new approach to tourism that could transform it to be more socially and ecologically just. | |
