Abstract

Decolonisation of higher education is imperative to creating a better future. The process itself is simple, requiring self-reflection and challenging our role in perpetuating racism. However, the reality is that the systems and structures of higher education are deeply infused with racism, othering and exploitation in its maintenance of a dated, broken, status quo.
