dc.description.abstractIn this study that focuses on the longevity of large business organisations, organisational longevity is construed as a period of uninterrupted satisfactory financial market performance. The objective of this study is to examine the differences between qualitative and quantitative performance indicators of companies demonstrating longevity as opposed to those removed from the Dow Jones Industrial Average.
