dc.description.abstract | A new model describes the flow pattern within a fluidic precessing jet chamber. The model offers a simple explanation of the precessing jet flow and the mechanism which produces the precession. The model is used to derive an equation relating the Strouhal number of precession to the chamber geometry. | |
