dc.description.abstractThe last decade has witnessed the strong development of Foreign Project Management Consultancy Enterprises (FPMCEs) in the Chinese Market It is imperative to investigate the competitiveness of these firms. Using Porter's competitiveness factor analysis method, this study employs a SWOT technique to analyze the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of FPMCEs' operation in China. Data used in the analysis stem from multiple sources including literature survey, statistical reports, regulations and policies. The results provide valuable references to those consultancy firms that intend to explore the Chinese market.
