Abstract
This study aimed to compare in vitro testing findings for a number of products and relate them to their likely in vivo performance. The candidate drugs chosen were for both oral and transdermal dose administration, with the drugs present as oral dosing forms representing different categories of the Biopharmaceutics Classification System (BCS).
