Abstract
Material properties such as topography, stiffness and surface chemistry are known to be important regulators of cellular processes such as proliferation,differentiation and migration. We present two novel substrates using gradient technologies suitable for the high-throughput analysis of cell response to variations in surface chemistry and mechanical stiffness.
