Abstract
This book is a practical manual, a continuation of the series "Responsible Entrepreneurship" published by the University of International Business and Economics Press. Like the first book, Responsible Entrepreneurship - Writing a Business Plan, this book on professional ethics will be written in both Chinese and English. This book is a companion text to the MOOC series on professional ethics jointly developed by UIBE and Luo Shili International Management Consulting Co., Ltd., covering the following topics: financial ethics and due diligence; coping with corruption pressures; understanding corporate environmental issues; Ethical Engineering and Construction; Confucian Entrepreneurship; Principles of Subsidiarity; each chapter contains study questions and glossaries to help students and other interested readers master the relevant content.
