Shaw was one of 5 collaborators each contributing 20%) awarded an Australia Council grant ($29,662) to fund ‘Restrung Sounds Unbound New Music and Installation Festival’, Brisbane Powerhouse, 26-28 October 2012. The Festival was co-sponsored by the Brisbane Powerhouse, Griffith University, QUT and UNE with festival organisers from Griffith (Bentley), UNE (Game-Lopata and Shaw), UWS (Macarthur) and University of Melbourne (Kouvaras).
