Two diagnostics sets Pharmacia--Phadebas RAST and Immuno CAP System determining the concentration of specific IgE antibodies in blood serum were compared with each other and with skin prick tests (SPT). Two common alergens--Dermatophagoides pteronyssinus and Dermatophagoides farinae were evaluated. Analysis of ROC curves shows that maximum specificity and sensitivity was obtained when the cut off value of RAST and CAP reached to 4.9 PRU/ml and 7.3 kU/l respectively. Our date shows the good correlation between RAST,CAP and SPT.en
