Abstract

Critical evaluation of specimens of Ptilotus seminudus (J.M.Black) J.M.Black and specimens previously known as Ptilotus sp. Sunrise Hill (M.A. Burgman 4484) from Western Australia support the distinction of a new species. The new species is described as Ptilotus ostentans.
