dc.description.abstractActive Team is a smartphone app, designed by researchers at the University of South Australia(UniSA), with the intention of increasing physical activity in insufficiently active Australian adults.This Master thesis fits “between” the NHMRC-funded RCT and Ecological Trial, and comprises of two key studies (Figure 1.1): 1. Usability testing of the Ecological Trial version of the Active Team app (badged, “Active Team public version”), and 2. Market segmentation analysis of users of Active Team, to inform marketing efforts in disseminating the app during the upcoming ecological study.
