dc.description.abstractThis research report, funded by WACE and aligned to the WACE Global CWIE Charter Call to Action items for signatories, explores the possibilities for expanding access to international work-integrated learning opportunities through virtual approaches. The study comprised three streams of research: policy and practice analysis of virtual international WIL; semi-structured interviews with WIL practitioners; and the development and verification of a series of best practice principles for designing, delivering and supporting virtual international WIL that could be applied across diverse disciplines, countries, and contexts.
